1. Terms of Service

LionsGate Astrology LLC d/b/a Akhstarlogy (“Akhstarlogy,” “we,” “us”) provides educational astrological reports, readings, consultations, and digital products. These Terms govern every purchase and every use of akhstarlogy.com.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter a binding contract. You accept these Terms by checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, by completing a purchase, or by using the Services — whichever occurs first.

If you submit birth information belonging to another person, you represent that you have that person’s consent and that they are at least 18. We rely on that representation and do not verify it.

2. Services and Delivery

Each report is a custom digital product generated specifically from the birth information you supply. It is not a stock good, and it cannot be resold, reused, or recovered once produced.

Work begins immediately upon successful payment and submission of your birth information. Your report is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. If delivery fails for any technical reason, contact us and we will redeliver at no charge.

Each product page on akhstarlogy.com describes in detail what the corresponding report includes — its scope, structure, and format. Those descriptions form part of these Terms. You are responsible for reading the description of the product you are purchasing before you buy it.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at purchase. Your order is confirmed upon successful authorization. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your statement will show the billing descriptor AKHSTARLOGY with our support telephone number. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first — we can identify and resolve it faster than your bank can, and we correct duplicate charges and processing errors without argument. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Work begins immediately upon purchase, so there is no period during which an order can be cancelled before work has started. Every report is a custom product built from your specific birth information and cannot be resold or recovered.

At checkout you expressly request that we begin your reading immediately, and you acknowledge that by doing so you give up any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase. You also confirm that you have read the full description of the product you are purchasing. Both acknowledgments are recorded before the charge is placed.

We will make it right in the following circumstances, at no cost to you:

• We fail to deliver your report, or delivery fails technically — we redeliver, or refund in full if we cannot.
• You receive the wrong product — we deliver the correct one.
• Your report contains an error caused by us — we correct and redeliver it.

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or conclusions of a reading; for birth information that proves to have been inaccurate; or for a change of mind after delivery. Duplicate charges and processing errors are always corrected.

If your birth information was incorrect, we will re-run your reading with corrected data for a reduced fee, available for 90 days after delivery.

5. Your Responsibilities

The accuracy of a reading depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth date, birth time, and birth place you provide. You are solely responsible for verifying that information before submitting it, and for providing a working email address and retrieving and saving your delivered files.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided for educational, reflective, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Akhstarlogy is not a licensed medical or mental health provider and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Astrological interpretation is subjective. No outcome, event, prediction, or result is promised or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decision you make following a reading. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, consult a qualified licensed professional.

The Services and the Site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akhstarlogy and its members, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or the Site.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akhstarlogy and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any deliverable, your submission of another person’s information without authorization, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, readings, written materials, graphics, chart designs, recordings, course content, interpretive frameworks, and methodologies are the exclusive property of LionsGate Astrology LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. The Akhstarlogy name, logo, and interpretive method are our trademarks.

Your purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the deliverable for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, teach from, or create derivative works from any deliverable, or use it to train or evaluate a machine learning system, without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, communicate with you, process payments, operate the Site, and meet legal obligations — your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth place, order history, correspondence, and technical data such as IP address collected at checkout.

Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim, including responding to a payment dispute.

We retain order and consent records for at least 24 months, and longer where required for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@akhstarlogy.com. We respond within thirty (30) days. Deletion is honored except where retention is required by law or necessary to defend a claim. See also our Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, checkout functionality, security, analytics, and performance. Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to work. You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

12. AI Usage Disclosure

Astronomical calculation and report generation are performed by software operating within our proprietary interpretive framework, and portions of drafting and formatting may be assisted by artificial intelligence tools. The framework, methodology, and interpretive judgment underlying every report are our own. Reports are generated and delivered automatically upon purchase.

13. Accessibility

We work toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at info@akhstarlogy.com and we will provide the material you need in an accessible form.

Please contact us before contacting your bank. We would rather fix it than dispute it.

We acknowledge every message within one (1) business day and aim to resolve every concern within three (3) business days.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. You and Akhstarlogy each waive any right to bring or participate in a class or representative action.

16. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder shall remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the product page for your purchase and your intake form, form the entire agreement between us.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.

17. Checkout Consent

The following appears at checkout as two separate, un-pre-checked boxes. Both must be checked before payment. Each is recorded with a date and time stamp, the IP address used, and the version of these Terms then in effect.
